Chris Nolan movies made Alfred an awesome character. Usually Alfred is pretty 1 dimensional, and doesn’t have much depth, but his speech to Batman in The Dark Knight about how some men just want to watch the world burn is perfect. Let’s hope his advisory speech to Bruce in DKR is just as amazing.
