Chasing Amy (1997)
I think Chasing Amy would have clocked in way further up on my list 10 years ago, but over time, I just like other films more and more. This movie was very important to me when I was in high school. I related to a few things that were dealt with, and helped me to resolve them. I love the comedy as it’s witty, smart and real. I love Ben Affleck and Jason Lee’s performances, and I love the inclusion of the comic creator’s world. I hope to someday live the life of working out of a rented studio during the day. The picture drawn here is pretty vulgar if you know what it is in reference to.
