As fate would have it, my studio has been drenched. I had to dispose of many bookcases, supplies, books, amongst dealing with damaged goods. I haven’t had as much time to work on Rander stuff since I don’t have anywhere comfortable to work, so this week I am going to share something I was going to wait on. But why not get it out there today! Here is the finished cover to the upcoming Return to Rander 300 page complete edition! Let me know what you think!
As promised, this week I am sharing with you the finished product of the Return to Rander trading cards that will be part of the Stockpile Comics trading card series 1 set. Look for them in the upcoming con season!
Now that it is February, I’m starting to get things going for the upcoming con season. I will be returning to Heroes 2018 with the Stock*Pile crew which is very exciting. I have a lot to get done before that show including finishing the new Return to Rander book, Skin Deep 2, and some extra stuff that I am excited to make. Today, I’m sharing the beginning stages of artwork for the Matador trading card in the Stock*Pile Comics trading card Series 1 set. I still have some work to do on it, plus color it.
2018 is flying by and the Sundays in Rander are too! This week, I’m going to be lazy and share another artists’ amazing work! Fellow Stockpile artist Joel Lolar (creator of Forever Winter) was kind enough to illustrate a short story I wrote for the upcoming book! I don’t want to spoil it too much, so here is one of the glorious pages without any lettering done. You can always count on Joel to really establish a great environment for the characters to engage in. I am very excited to see the rest of the pages as he sends them over. Just another reason to get excited for the upcoming Return to Rander complete edition!
Another week gone by, another week of doing post production on Return to Rander. Right now I am currently doing grayscale tones on the final chapter of the story. Here is a preview at one of the pages in production. No letters, but looks like our Lone Savior is heading somewhere!
