Die Hard (1988)
Die Hard is my favorite Christmas movie! I know it doesn’t count as a real Christmas movie, but I love watching it during the season. This is a great example of keeping a movie simple and to the point. The movie takes place in one building, and that’s it. All of the fun things contained in this one building that you can do to characters is just so fun. The broken glass, jumping off the roof, crawling through vents, elevator action. Mix this with Bruce Willis’ charisma and wittiness and you have an instant classic. None of the other films captured what this one did. Classic.
